Ben, I'll take a stab at it. First, I believe the word "which" belongs after "services". Then it appears he is saying that once (if ever) the "main services" are rolled out, all or most of the outside activity will come from new people actually using the services. IOW, there would finally be a real economy to generate activity for our portfolios and merchant accounts.

So far, it's mostly been us "beta testers" (polite term!) just doing business amongst ourselves.

In the end, it still remains to be seen if DX will ever even get off the ground.
