The first thing I would suggest is that you have a look through the following threads as that should give you a better idea of what the current thinking is.
Here and here.
I would also read all of the current threads in this forum as you will be able to see what advice has been given to others and may look good to you, also.
Don't do anything drastic until you understand what is going on. After you look through those threads.. post back here if you still need guidance and there are several of us that will be more than glad to help you out.

Hi Ro63,
Thanksfor the helpful links.
I have to buy digots by utilising my full RB?
My account shows "Production Funds: 0.00 DXG". So I hope the following paragraph of the thread you mentioned is not applied to me?
"Your "DXAccount Production Funds" is the amount immediately available to you from your present AB. The rest of your AB will become available to you as your Time Release funds become classified as "DXAccount Production Funds". Search these forums for more information regarding "Time Release Funds.""
Am I correct? Please help.

You don't have to do anything you don't want to do. You can use a little RB or all of it. Or you can just leave it sit there. But that is what the RB is there for... to buy digots with. They aren't doing you any good just sitting in RB.

That paragraph does apply to you as well as it applies to everyone. The Production Funds are the funds that are free to move about the system unhindered. The funds that can be OUTX'd.
Read up on article #85 and also DXHelp Topic 857 'Time Release Funds'.

This is not the answer I am expecting from an experienced dxinone user.
I know I can use a little RB or full RB or even use nothing. I am asking doubts here to make maximum benifit from my portfolio. That thread says to use full RB. I just wanted to reconfirm it. Sorry for disturbed you.

Hi aneesh
There really is nothing else to be done with RB except to remain in RB and not appreciate or to buy digots which increases your TDV and appreciates. Even though your summary indicates 0 production funds if it also shows you have a balance in RB, you can buy digots and it is entirely up to you how much of the RB you use at any one time. Given those facts I think Ro was equally as puzzled as to why you asked as was I.
Please also understand that although you may not have expected a particular answer there are probably others that read it and found it beneficial. We are dealing with many inactive DX users all at once so we don't necessarily edit our responses to be sure each phrase is politically correct.

Depending on how much you have in RB, you can use it all, or any portion to buy digots with. I am on a "schedule" of digot buying from my AB. I don't want to use all my AB in one session as it is quite a bit, and would like to take advantage of the best digots when possible. My strategy is to buy in batches what is good for that day as far as low Premiums, and overall average gains over a 30 day period. I try to mkae buys a couple of times per week, thus allowing different digots Premiums to fall into my "preferred range".
So you see, digot buying strategies can differ with each person. You can decide how and when you want to spend your RB. Just keep in mind that eventually you will want to use it all up since it is not gaining anything for you just sitting there, and the longer you wait, the more "unprofitable" days have passed.
