Hi guys! I was reading the post od the 120 days of grace, and try to do what it says but I don't know whta i did wrong is just that I can transfer the founds I have in the IB to the my RB it says that that can't be done because I have pending DXDW and I don't know what to do. I did buy some digots from my RB I buy some in the traiding house but it seems nothing change and then I bought some in the dogots screen and then my DXDW porcentage went down a a little bit.

what can I do to transfer the founds I have in the IB to the reserve balance?

could you help me please?

If you have DXDW then you need to pay that down from IB rather than buying fresh digots with it. That is a good thing, because when you do, you don't have to pay any premium (which you would have to do if you bought new digots), also when you repay the dxdw you can collect the pending gains on those digots you have bought back (around 8% for most at the moment)!

Go to DXPersonal -> DXPortfolio G2 -> DXDebit -> Repay DXDebit.

well the thing is that I've been trying to do it but is not working it just give me a warning and a error code but when I try to look to see what it is it said that the error code is not yet on the system or something like that the tinhg is that they don have an answer for that.

so what can I do or how can I do it?

Maybe you are missing a step?? Try this:

Go to your DXProfolio G2, click on RePay DXDebit. Choose which account to transfer FROM, then choose which account to transfer TO, then click on "Next Step".

Then just follow the onscreen instructions.

You should end up on a screen that is showing the digots that are attached to your debt. Pick the ones you want to buy back, making sure that you are choosing those that will add up to the amount of funds you have available. Don't forget that they round to 7 digits, so leave a few cents behind to make sure you are allowing for that.

If this doesn't work for you, post again with the exact steps you took, and where you are getting the error message and EXACTLY what it says, and we'll try to figure out where it is going wrong.
